See and try out a sample ballot here!
The goals of the Mock Election program are:
To educate students (4th through 12th grades) on political issues and candidates
To give students an opportunity to cast a ballot as if participating in an actual election
To encourage student-parent discussions regarding the election and increase adult voter turnout
The Leagues of Women Voters of the Salinas Valley and of the Monterey Peninsula conduct this program for students in Monterey and San Benito counties in California. Mock Election results should not be viewed as an accurate poll of student opinion.
If you are in Monterey or San Benito counties and want to register, please fill out our online form.
